It was the lowest priced hotel in the vicinity and the room was nice enough.
At the check-in desk I noticed the posted room rates for my room was lower than what I paid through Booked.net. When I mentioned this to the hotel clerk, she just shrugged her shoulders, like... What do you want me to do about it.
food was good
had just one server in the moring of the 16th that was nice, desk people sunday night not friendly or helpful, same for friday the 20th same people at front desk i was just there 4 days ago acted just the same, resturaunt people friday not happy or friendly, same for the bar staff friday night. They charged my card 3 amounts should have been just one had to fight with front desk because they said i had 4 people in my room so they chared me extra.I DID NOT put 4 adults when i booked room this happened both nights. I will not stay again I did win some money on the slots, never was asked if I needed a drink but they walked past me alot.
The Hotel Room that I was in was not clean. We request for it to be clean and someone went there to clean the mess which was still dirty but they left the stuff on the counter. We had a non smoking room which seriously was smelling like smoke and the sheets were dirty. There were stain on it. And that was our second request for new sheets. Good thing we brought our own blankets. The shower pressure was poor. My rating for this hotel is no stars. The costumer service suchs. They were rude and lazy. The chick didn't even want to get up off her seat to make the prints.
You basically get what you pay for. I gambled for about an hour. Most of our weekend stay was away from the hotel. The hotel was used more for sleeping and showering. If you are looking to stay and enjoy your time there, well I wouldnt choose this casino/hotel. It is a lower class type of place. But if you are from the "hood" you will be right at home!
Everyone was actually pretty nice. There was only one girl (server) at the cafe that was beyond rude. She gave us our meals as if she were seving inmates at the state prison. It was horrible. The food was not all that great either. This place would be my last pick before staying here again. Only reason we stayed in the first place was because everything in Old and New strip was all sold out. It was spring break weekend. We still made the best of it though.
